This happens when your spirit guides and I aren't familiar with a kindred channel of communication. If you imagine a radio station, it's like we can't tune to the same channel to exchange information. It's like an energetic language barrier, if you will. Resonance is everything in the realm of reading energy. When this happens, I know very early on and will end the reading asking for no payment.
